ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Statements drafted
from the ledger.

Map each account to its line once, and the statements, notes and comparatives follow from the trial balance. No exporting to a spreadsheet and typing it all back in.

No card needed. R499 per company per month, everything included.

FROM TRIAL BALANCE TO SIGNED SET

Four stages.
One engagement file.

The statements and the working papers behind them are kept together, year after year.

01

Map the trial balance

Assign each account to its line item. The mapping carries forward to later years, and can be changed for one year without disturbing the others.

02

Notes follow the figures

The IFRS for SMEs note library switches on the notes the figures and the entity call for. A required note shows the section that requires it if you try to switch it off.

03

Working papers and review

Working paper sets for compilations, independent reviews and accounting officer engagements, with review notes a preparer can’t quietly clear.

04

Issued once

The final PDF is generated once, when the year is closed, and stored as issued. Next year’s comparatives come from the figures kept at that close, so they can’t drift.

WHAT’S IN THE SET

The statements,
the notes, the comparatives.

  • Directors’ report Results and directors for the year
  • Financial position With comparatives
  • Comprehensive income With comparatives
  • Changes in equity and cash flows Both statements
  • Policies and notes IFRS for SMEs or full IFRS

BEFORE YOU ISSUE

Nothing left blank
on the printed page.

A readiness check brings together everything the statements print — directors, approval date, useful lives, the preparer and who signs — and lists what’s still missing before you issue.

IFRS for SMEs, which most South African private companies use, and full IFRS.

Does it support independent reviews?

Yes. The independent review working papers follow ISRE 2400 (Revised).

Will it tell me if an audit or review is required?

Yes. The Public Interest Score is worked out from the ledger and payroll and shows whether the company needs an audit, an independent review or neither.

Yes. The income tax computation sits alongside the statements and is prepared from the same figures.
