Your books are yours.

When a subscription ends, the company becomes read-only. Nothing further can be posted. Everything already recorded can still be opened, read and exported. That rule is in the code, in front of every ledger write, not in a policy.

The small print, in large print.

  • No card to start. The 14-day trial begins at sign-up.
  • Cancel anytime. Month to month.
  • Read-only after you stop. Every report opens, every export runs.
  • No per-user fees. Invite staff, your accountant or your clients.
  • Billed monthly in ZAR. VAT may apply.
  • No live bank feeds. No direct SARS or CIPC filing. You import statements; you file.

Questions answered.

Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign-up asks whether you are a business or an accountant, then your name, email, password and company or practice name, and a tick to accept the terms. Nothing about a card. The 14-day trial starts at once.
What happens after 14 days?
Subscribe and carry on at R499 per company per month. If you do not, the books go read-only: every report opens and everything exports, and nothing further posts until a subscription starts.
What does R499 include?
Everything in the table on the pricing page, for one company, for one month. Every module, every report, unlimited users, invoices, bills and transactions. There is no other price.
Is VAT included in R499?
Prices are in ZAR and VAT may apply. Billing is monthly.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Billing is month to month. Your books stay readable and exportable.
What happens if my card fails?
Nothing changes on the day. Your access stays full while the card is retried. Only if every retry fails does the subscription close, and then the books go read-only and stay exportable.
Does Renvo connect to my bank?
Not by live feed. You import a PDF, CSV or OFX statement, or email it in. Renvo suggests categories, applies your rules and pairs transfers; you approve, then reconcile.
Does Renvo file with SARS or CIPC?
No. It prepares the VAT201 figures, the EMP201, the EMP501 with the IRP5/IT3(a) export for e@syFile, the IRP6 estimate and the CIPC annual return details. You submit on eFiling, e@syFile and the CIPC portal.
Can my customers pay invoices online?
Yes. Add a pay link to an invoice and the customer pays through PayFast. The payment is recorded against the invoice.
I am on Xero, Sage or Pastel. Can I move?
Yes. Export the trial balance with the open items, or the general ledger, and Move onto Renvo shows you exactly what will be posted before it posts it. Payroll take-on balances carry the year-to-date. Run both systems for the 14 days and compare. How switching works
Can my accountant work in it with me?
Yes. Invite them to your company with a role, for as long as you choose. Or let their Renvo practice hold the company and release it to you later. Same books either way.
Who pays, the practice or the client?
Either. One practice subscription covers every client company at R499 each; staff logins are not charged. A client company can carry its own subscription instead, and its own subscription takes precedence over the practice's.
Can clients see their own books?
Yes. Invite a client to their company and they see that company only.
What happens when a client leaves?
Release the company to its owner. Access and billing move; the books are untouched.

Start free. Add the card later if you stay.
