PAYROLL

Payroll that reconciles
before SARS asks.

The EMP201 and EMP501 are built from the same payslips your people are paid on, so the monthly and annual figures agree without a reconciliation exercise at the end.

No card needed. R499 per company per month, everything included.

EVERY PAY RUN

Prepare. Check.
Finalise. Pay.

Nothing posts to the ledger or goes into the bank file until the run is finalised.

01

Each employee set up once

Tax details, pay elements, banking and leave are captured with the employee and carried into every run.

02

Calculated line by line

PAYE on the SARS tables for the 2027 tax year, UIF, SDL and the Employment Tax Incentive, with every line carrying its IRP5 source code.

03

Unusual changes flagged

A check before finalising raises a large jump in someone’s net pay, missing banking details or pay below the minimum wage for a second look.

04

Finalised, then posted

Finalising the run posts the salary journal to the ledger, and the net-pay payment batch can then be exported for the bank.

WHAT PAYROLL PRODUCES

Payslips and returns
from one source.

  • Payslips PDF and in the employee portal
  • EMP201 PAYE, SDL and UIF, less ETI
  • EMP501 The bi-annual reconciliation
  • IRP5/IT3(a) e@syFile import file
  • Leave liability Valued at each employee’s daily rate

EMPLOYEE PORTAL

Payslips employees
fetch themselves.

Employees sign in with a single-use link from whoever runs the payroll and see their own payslips, nothing else. There are no passwords to reset, and no path from their sign-in to the company’s books.

QUESTIONS

Asked before
signing up.

Which tax year are the PAYE tables for?

The 2027 tax year, 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027.

Can we move onto Renvo part-way through the tax year?

Yes. Bring each employee’s year-to-date earnings and deductions across, and the IRP5 at year-end covers the whole year, not only the months run on Renvo.

Are fringe benefits and ETI handled?

Yes. Fringe benefits are pay elements with their own IRP5 codes and are taxed through PAYE; you enter the taxable value each period. ETI is claimed once per employee per tax month, whatever the pay frequency, and counts the months actually claimed.

Can a payroll bureau use it for its clients?

Yes, as a practice. Each client is its own company that gives the practice access, and the practice’s staff open any of them from one sign-in. Access is per practice, not per staff member.
